Why do we have left/right toe brake axis and option to use that brakes in buttons where removed?

Some airplanes are almost uncontrollable without diff.brakes on taxiing in storng crosswind situations. So, you basically denied me to use them in XP11 with just this stupid restriction.
And what about turnarounds after runway backtrack, in this situation diff.brakes are often very handy in narrow places
