X plane 11 crash at launching

Question

I tried the demo of Xplane 11 maybe 6 months ago.I found it amazing.So i decided to buy a license 2 days ago.But X planes blocks at "fin du chargement asynchrone" when i want to launch it after the installation is complete.And the most surprising thing is that when i install the X plane demo, it's the same problem now. What should i do?

Try resetting the preferences to default. Please move or rename the entire preferences folder (found in the Output folder of the main X-Plane folder). Try starting a flight again and see if it helps. If it does, you can zip and send your preferences to the bug reporter here for us to investigate which one caused the problem (and possibly fix it).
