I'm looking to create new airports on a notebook pc using x-plane 11 and WED. I've already purchased a license for X-Plane 11 on my desktop PC at home. Would I need to purchase another license for my notebook pc?

Found this link but seems confusing. Need clarification:

In general, one key is good for a household, but there is a limit to how many machines it can be used on (don't try to use it on 10 different home machines for example). If you are not using X-Plane on both computers at the same time while networked, you should be fine with one license for both computers.
