A new Saitek Pro Flight switch panel does not work with X-Plane 10 in Mac OS X El Capitain 10.11.2

Question

Does anybody have any idea what the problem is and how I could solve it? The Saitek yoke, throttle quadrant and rudder pedals work with no problems.

We have had other report of this and we are looking into it. Is the switch panel set up any differently than the other components? Such as plugged in separately? Have you tried unplugging it and plugging back in after X-Plane is started? Does it work in another program?

I have tried to plug and unplug it. I have tried to plug it in in different USB ports on the computer, as well as on the Saitek yoke. Nothing works. I have tried to plug it in before and after X plane is started, no difference. I do not have any other program to try it with. The device is new from the manufacturer.
