Clearing flight plan data from FMS?

Question

How do I clear an active flight plan and enter new data to the FMS? Example; I fly from Dallas to Houston using the FMS. When I land in Houston I want to load a flight plan to Austin. I can't get rid of the old data without restarting X plane 11.
