Can city autogen be made to be seen from a greater distance?

First of all, thanks to Jennifer for a good answer to my earlier question about city autogen no longer appearing.  Jen does a great job with these non-stop and sometimes problematic questions.  Now another question.  I like the XP city autogen, but you have to be very close to it before it appears.  So you often miss the real-life experience of seeing the city buildings on the skyline when you take-off from a nearby airport.  So, is there any way of making the city autogen appear from a greater distance?  Thanks and Cheers.

As far as I know there is not a way to change this. It is partially tied to the number of objects slider, so having that higher will help, but it is also based on information artists program in the obj when they create it.
