configure flight plan

I just bought Xplane 11 but I do not know how to configure a flight plan.

X-plane gives me this message seeattached file

I'm not positive which step you're stuck on so I would recommend you take a look at the GPS manual included in the X-Plane 11 installation. Go to Aircraft > Laminar Research > Cessna 172SP and inside the folder will be X-Plane G530 Manual.pdf.
