Payware aircraft not working in xplane 11

I just purchased the PC12 HD for xplane 11. I unzipped aircraft file and put it in the xplane 11 aircraft folder and when I select that aircraft for a flight, I get an aircraft with no power, no avionics, no clickable switches, engine not running, and nothing seems to work on it. I am fairly new to flight sims so I do not know how to give better details to help. I'm sure it's how I'm putting the files in xplane, but not sure what I can do differently. I saw no download instructions. I also tried downloading another aircraft, but it doesn't show up on the menu at all. What can I do differently?

Hi,

For some aircraft, before being able to see them in the selection window, you need to check the box "show aircraft from previous versions" (or similar sentence).

For your PC12, the installation does not seem to be complete. I do not owe this payware and with so little information, I can't help you much with that. Try if you can find an installation procedure among the unzipped files or on the internet, make sure your X-plane 11 copy is up to date and if you can't find any solution, you should rather contact the PC12 developers. This forum is mainly for X-plane default install.
