I set up the flight, the flight starts, after that I lose access to the top bar (Flight, File, Plugins, etc)why is this?

- I set the flight and everything up, the flight loads in, but when i move the mouse to the top of the screen the top "bar" disappears. This has never happened before and it just randomly started the other day.
