Plane Maker freezed after clicking file->open?

Question

When I click file->open, plane maker does nothing. It freeze for pertuity.

X-Plane 11.02, Plane Maker 11.02.02, Steam/Windows 10

Does resetting your preferences to default help get past this (go to Output and rename the preferences folder temporarily--you can change the name back to preferences to get it back)? Do you have any problems starting X-Plane?

Resetting preferences wont help. X-Plane works fine.

There are preferences for Plane Maker in the preferences folder as well, so resetting them could potentially help you use the program. Did you try it?

I cannot reproduce this problem. So it is something specific to your computer or set up.

What are the Plane maker preferences in the preferences folder? And obviously, I havent tried that.

I have the same problem. X-plane 11, Windows 10, on a surface pro 4 (not sure if that’s the problem). I don’t understand resetting the preferences. Can you describe this better or is there another fix for this?  Thanks.

Same EXACT problem. I tried deleting preference files. But still does same thing.
