Many inop features in B737-800 of X-Plane 11

Question

I purchased x-plane 11 and I'm delighted, of course. But when I use the B 737-800 present in the software, I realize that many commands are inoperative. I looked at many tutorials for startup and navigation: the designers of these videos use the same x-plane 11 as me and the same aircraft B737 and yet, everything is operative. How is it possible ? And above all how to make this model all operational?

Are you sure they are not using the ZIBO B737 ?
