cant load x plane 11never had disc or didital key but purchase id 1296323340223724714

worked fine until I opted for randy will course since when it only works in demo mode, this game I bought as a digital down load and no disc or digital key, my hope is that with the purchase id as poof that I did buy the game can be reserected

I am not with Laminar Research.  Just a flight simmer.

Others have had the same problem as you currently experience and have been advised to contact [email protected]  or [email protected]  to solve the problem.   When you do make contact provide as much detail as possible so that a verification can be confirmed. 

This forum won't and is not able to solve your problem/concerns.
