If I buy a license of X-plane 11 digital edition, how long will the license remain valid? Is it for a life time?

Yes, the license is good for the life of X-Plane 11, and includes all updates for free. You will be able to use the sim for as long as you have a copy of it.

What a strange question, of course it's a life time licence and you can use it on as many PC's as you want.

The licence only covers one version of X-Plane running at any one time on one computer.  If running two versions at the same time on two computers then one version is a pirate copy.

There are others in this forum who have asked the same or very similar question and received the same answer.
