FPS Drop drastically after pressing generate icon?

I'm not sure to what happened exactly but I pressed generate icon and during the loading process I think it kept unresponding so I closed it, then when I reopened it's just nonstop lag all the way through the flight and I just don't understand
P.S. I pressed generate icon on the ERJ 175 X-crafts V2.1

HI, try and delete (or move for backup) the entire X-plane 11\Output\Preferences folder, see if it solves the problem.
