How can I install the DVD version of XPlane 11 without a permanant DVD drive

Hi,

My PC does not have a DVD drive. normally I connect another PC and share the DVD drive on the rare occasions I need it. unfortunately, XPlane 11 wont even recognise that I have the DVD inserted in the shared drive, so I cant register it, and there is no option to browse to the connected drive. what can I do?

Download an ISO image, mount and install it, enter the key from retail version.

Hi, you can create iso images of the DVDs and mount them as virtual drives.
