x-plane digital dowload problem need help please

I bought the digital download for x-plane world I have x-plane regional. wheni installed it it didn't give me the scenery update and when I run the x-plane installer it says I only have x-plane regional. what am I doing wrong. you can also email me at [email protected] thank you

Wait you bought x-plane regional

Regional has only part of the world whereas the global version is literally the entire world. You can update regional to global but you have to pay. I don't know how much though. Did I answer your question?
