I bought game on official site, when i want to write in FMC it writes me [key not active]

Добрый день! Неделю назад купил у вас на сайте X-PLANE 11! Теперь когда я захожу и выбираю самолет Boeing 737-800 и хочу настроить fmc мне пишет [KEY NOT ACTIVE], Как это понимать? Спасибо

I have the same problem. I get "Key Not Active" and "Invalid Entry" in the scratchpad and neither will clear no matter how many times I push CLR. The scratchpad becomes totally unusable no matter which pages in the FMS are being viewed.

Follow the guide. You'll have to press "CLR" until the area is clear.
