I am having trouble adding newly purchased aircraft. Each aircraft's incon does not appear. All I get is a ? icon.

Please tell me step by step how to add aircraft. I have read your manual and followed the instructions but without success.

After you download an aircraft you move into the XP folder into Aircraft/Other Aircraft, then you start XP and select the icon with the? and then start XP. After the aircraft appears wherever you placed it, go back to the icon and click on Customise and then Create Icon.  In other words, the aircraft must be open in XP when you create the icons.  Hope this helps.  Cheers.
