As far back as I can recall, shortly after the advent of auto-gen scenery for roads, forests, buildings, ect, there have always been the following bugs:

High tension power transmission line towers bunched together like trees in a forest for no reason.

Trees sprawled all over the interstates, or motorways, in both carriage ways, including the median. Buildings seen there, too. Seriously? Really?

And these bugs are now in the current release. Why? Why for so long? And why are we having to deal with this, as much as this product costs us? Why?

Hi mate,

The HT trans pylons are bunched together closely in some areas to represent a sub-station or similar. That is how the Sub-Station near to where I live is modeled in XP11.

As for the trees I agree that that is a bit ridiculous that we still have these bugs. Also there are trees put all around in rather dense population around my area where in Real life there is only trees on the outskirts of the field.

I dont know how high of a priority these bugs are on Laminar's lists though. Might not see a fix for a while or we could see a fix in the next update.. Im really not sure.

Hello Cailean. If they wanted to represent a substation, then, maybe they should've studied a photo of one on Google, and properly modeled it in XP11. LOL. Talk about bloody lazy. ;)

Thanks for the info. I suppose I'll just have to do what people did back when radio dramas were a thing, and use my imagination, when running across clumps of power transmission towers. LOL. $60 bucks for work in which some coder can't be bothered to do the job right is just unheard of. LOL.

Haha I like the bit about the radios and imagination. I guess that will have to do for now. And yeah it is a little below par but everything else is really nice. Im sure as time goes on LR will work on the bugs and refine XP11.
