Problem when starting X-Plane 11 after update

I have updated X-Plane 11.05. This error occurs. As a measure, I have updated my video card driver, deleting all contents of it in the folder "X-Plane 11 \ Output \ preferences". If I replaced the folder "X-Plane 11 \ Resources \ shaders" with that of an older X-Plane 11 version, the start screen, but this hangs in "Initalizing Plugins" on. What else can I do?

Do you use Fly Inside? If so, you will need to remove it or contact them for a fix. They modify our resources and many of them changed between 11.05 & 11.10.
