Problems with heli flight model

Hi

I am having problems with a heli flight model.  

I have been through plane maker but cant seem to sort it

1. I seem to have problems with auto rotation, the heli doesnt seem to drop as quickly as it should. and when I pull back on the stick it seems to climb when it souldnt

2. maybe related to no. 1 but when coming into land i cant seem to flair out.  the chopper just keeps going so I can slow it.

3. When on auto rotation it looks like the engines are still engaged.

I'd suggest to add "autorotation" to the question text, than then: How do your "enable" autorotation? Both should help getting a proper answer.
