How to save a route in FML format?

For a while now, and I believe, even before the recent update, I am unable to save my flight plans as FML files. This is for the default 737 and the 747. I have done it successfully before, but something has changed. When I try to save a route, I type the name into the scratch pad, click Store, and it will not show "Route Saved", as it has in the past. In fact, nothing appears to happen. But if I check my FMS folder, the route indeed saves, but it is an FMS file, which will not work. In the past, I would see "Route Saved", and I would see it in my Output>FMS folder as FML files, and they worked. I do have a subscription to Navigraph and I believe that MAY have something to do with it, but I have no idea.  I really would like to be able to save my routes.

We have discontinued the non-interoperable fml format in favor of the .fms format which is also documented for third-party flight planning programs, like LittleNavMap.

Flightplans saved in the v11 .fms format can be read by the FMS, the 430/530 GPS, and the new G1000.

I have successfully programmed, and flown the following route, and NOT with a third party program. (I programmed it right in the default X Plane 737 FMC)

I have saved the route, (and it saves as FMS) but when I try to use it again, I cannot. The FMS does not list it. It's there in the FMS plans folder, and here are the contents:

Have you checked the CO ROUTE (company route) list on the FMS route menu??

I have discovered, that clicking on a saved route file from within the FMC does work, after a bit of a delay! It just takes about 10 seconds for it to load. 

Thanks anyway. It IS nice to know that FML files are no longer used.
