I am unable to run x-plane.

Question

Every time I try to open it the program crashes.  I ran the installer which it tells me that the program is up to date.  I downloaded the program so if I uninstall it and reinstall it I will loose my product key because I didn't wright it down.  How can I fix this issue?

You absolutely should save your license numbers and registration keys (unless you have too much money)!

Without a copy of the log.txt there is not much specific advice we can give. You should update to the 11.11 beta if you have an AMD GPU, or remove Fly Inside if you use it.
