Multiple windows accounts on the same computer running x-plane?

We currently have x-plane 10 installed on a windows 7 computer, however the computer is shared and has multiple accounts on it, currently only the account that was used to install x-plane can use x-plane, on other accounts it asks for the CD-key, however we don't have a CD key as we have the blue usbs, how do I fix this?

I believe the simplest solution would be to install it on every user account. As long as the program is not being run on multiple computers at the same time, it should  not be a problem to have installed multiple times.

This would take up too much space on the hard drive. I found the problem was the USB dongle wasn't being recognized and had to fix the drivers so it would pick up the USB and then it worked.
