problem with plane bought in shop

hello, i bought the msgier pc24 pilatus in the shop and i have some problems when i fly with it, over 6000 pieds my glass become black and look like frosted but this only with the pc24 not with other plane what i'll can do please ?thanks.

This site is run by Laminar Research which only sells the X-Plane flight simulator from x-plane.com. Please contact the store you purchased the aircraft from directly.

Hi

I don't own the PC-24, but I think that you didn't turn on the windshield heat. I know the Pilatus planes and the de-ice buttons should be above the pilots right knee, somewhere behind the yoke. Try and activate all those switches and you should be able to see again normally even at bigger altitudes.
