I downloaded the scenery files for Xplane 11. Everything worked fine until one error message. Here is the log entry:

So I'am missing "+45+067.dsf". What can I do?

Upload/attach a copy of the full installer log.txt from the desktop.

I have trouble with this file, too.

I also retried several times, deleted the whole +40+060-folder and tried to install the scenery again. I'm at the edge of canceling my paypal-payment as the software remains useless after all. It is still "demo"...

Please navigate to the file (the full path is: 

Global Scenery/X-Plane 11 Global Scenery/Earth nav data/+40+060/+45+067.dsf)

and check to see if the file exists on disk at all or not. If the file is there, is it 0kb?

We are still trying to investigate an issue with the installer downloading 0kb files.

No, the file is missing. It does not exist on my disk.

Just to double check you're installing via digital download, and not using DVDs--is that correct?

What scenery area are you trying to install? Does picking a smaller amount help get past this and get some scenery so you can get flying at least?

I'am installing via digital download.

When I bought Xplane 11 in spring 2017, I installed only the "popular" scenerys: Europe, North America etc.

Now I wanted to install the rest of the world, so I did this steps:

1.) Download the newest installer for Xplane 11

2.) Choose "all" at the scenery-screen

3.) Installer downloaded round about 30GB

4.) Everything worked fine, except of the error message related to the file "+45+067.dsf"

5.) I can play Xplane 11, but I have concerns, that some day Xplane wants to load this scenery file an crashes

I know, it´s just a small file, but it feels incomplete. :)

X-Plane should not crash due to a missing scenery dsf tile. It will just warn you that it is missing and give you the option to install it automatically.

Have you tried to install all scenery again? If not, it could have been a temporary issue with the server. Try the add scenery button again, and the installer should scan & find everything already installed and just try to download this file again.

I tried it a few times in the past week but still no luck. The installer tries to download the file but everytime it show the error message, that the file is corrupt.

Maybe i will remove most of the scenery and install it again.

Unfortunately, I could not reproduce an error when downloading this file. I deleted it from my install, then used the installer to add it back. I had no problem doing so. It appears to be localized on your machine.

I'm new to xplane. Same msg with same file here when upgrading from demo version to full version.

as there are already 3 users only in this thread reporting a problem with downloading the same file somebody should invest some time in an investigation. This cannot be a problem on just a single machine.

This appears to be an issue with bad cached data on a CDN leaf node. We are opening a case with our CDN service.

If you see this same issue with the +45+067.dsf file, please send me a private message with your IP & ISP information.
