My elevators are having a seizure. How do I stop it?

I've been having this problem with all of my planes now. Everytime I get one off of the ground, if I'm not holding the yoke all the way up or down, the elevators start flapping and my engines die. Also the nacelle for the first engine is missing, even though I gave it one. Can someone help? Thank you.

If you are fluttering all over the place, try increasing your Flight Models per Frame (worth a try):

If you think it is a problem with your flight hardware, please look at the sections of the manual on joystick sensitivity and null zones.
