I have Windows Pro 64bit, 16 gigs of memory. The latest updater installer fail to run on my computer down loaded from your website.

Here is the event from the event viewer:

Please list the steps you followed exactly. Do you have a copy of the X-Plane Installer Log.txt on your desktop from when the installer failed?

As far as the steps go, First time I ran the install from X-Plane Update Prompt. Then I download the updater from the website and ran it directly.
