Graphics Config Menu Does Not Provide Windowed Option in Monitor Usage, Only Full Screen Sim

I am using a 49" TV @ 1024x768 (Suggested Setting) per settings. "Monitor Usage" menu on graphics tab does not offer "windowed" setting. This causing me to have to use the windows key to bring up Sim Avionics menu and GF interface menus

Are my resolution settings incorrect?  Please advise.

X-Plane 11's minimum resolution is 1280x720. At or below those dimensions, it will not be possible to use windowed mode.
