Installed custom scenery libraries and now Better Pushback won't appear in plugins menu, help!

Part of log file involving Better Pushback:

2018-02-27 01:22:37 BetterPushback[helpers.c:725]: Error listing directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\X-Plane 11\\Output\caches\BetterPushbackAirports.cache\+00+000: Access is denied.

Jared,

looks to me like you have a double slash between X-Plane 11 and Output directories. That indicates a directory with empty name, possibly an error. Have a look into that.

Hi, Indeed, as Jared said, this path is very strange.

I have no ...\X-Plane 11\Output\caches\ folder and my Better Pushback is installed here :

Got it from here :

Moreover, I doubt there is any connection between the new libraries and the broken Pushback. For more support, you should contact directly the developer of Better Pushback, as this is a third party addon and this forum is mainly for X-Plane default install.

Hi Jared,

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

The directory file structure suggests that you are running a steam version. If so you should consult a steam forum as this forum is for the official Laminar Research x-plane version.  Steam is not a LR version.  It is a hybrid developed by a 3rd party for commercial benefit.  There is no link between the LR and steam businesses.

The directory structure also suggests to me that you haven't installed steam onto the desktop or a dedicated drive  but mixed it into the windows file structures which is a no-no for the Laminar Research version as the x-plane files can become corrupted.  I don't know what the installation instructions are for steam as I don't use steam.
