X-Plane 9 compatibly issue

Question

i purchased X-Plane 9 for my iPad and it no longer works in latest iOS. The app was not cheap and it seems like I should be able to access later versions. How do I fix this so I can use the App.

I'd get in touch the app store and get a refund, the latest version of xplane for IOS is xplane 10
