DVD Disk 1 dammaged

Question

A friend of Germany bought an sended to me the X Plane 10 version on DVD. Accidentally I damaged the disk number 1 and now it is not recognized by the computer. How do I get a single copy of this disk or download it? How y Know my serial number?

The DVD set does not come with a product key to download it over the internet. That is considered a separate product and requires a separate purchase. I will send you a private message about replacing DVD 1.
