When I unzip the digital install file I get a new folder that shows empty. Can't find an install file

Question

The install zip file shows up in my downloads folder but I am not able  to unzip using the "extract all" option that shows up. The file begins to unzip then I get a message that shows the destination folder is empty.   

Would like to install ..Thanks

Please double check that you have downloaded the correct version for your computer system (Mac vs. Windows vs. Linux).

If that doesn't help, please provide more information. You did not say if you were trying to unzip a demo or regular installer, an aircraft file, etc. Please provide specific steps you are following (where you downloaded from, etc).

OK Figured it out.  Needed to temporarily disable the firewall to get this started.  seems to be installing now.
