In VR, how can I view a document like a PDF with an approach plate, check list, or flight plan?

I can't find any information on how to see a document in the cockpit when using Oculus Rift. I want to see an approach plate that is usually a PDF. Thank You

This is not built in with the default sim, either in VR on non-VR. In non VR you are able to toggle between tabs or windows. In VR, if the VR host (e.g. Oculus dash) can do it, you could use that.
