I should probably preface this by saying that I don't know jack about half the stuff on Linux.

With that said, I've been trying to install X-Plane 11 on Linux (ElementaryOS), but every time I try to execute the installer from the Terminal, I get the following:

Whoah -- no matter how hard I tried, I failed to get a GLX visual. Something's seriously wonky on your machine.

I am running an Intel i7-2600K CPU with an NVidia GTX750ti, however for some reason it isn't detected, so for the time being I'm using the integrated graphics.
