Good afternoon,

I have carenado king air 200 and  when i load it, the simulator stops working.

I asked them for support, and they told me to download Visual C++. I´ve tried but nothing changes.

Thank you!

Never install x-plane at the root of C, because it can trigger hard to identify bugs (due to file access rights).

Try to cut/paste X-Plane 11 folder to your desktop, see if it solves the problem.

I had no problem with Carenado aircraft and X-Plane 11.11r2

Can you try to update X-plane to the latest beta, by ticking the beta box through the update process?

If the problem is still there, you will have to report it to Carenado as soon as possible, with your log.txt too.

I wrote to carenado, waiting for the answer.

I tried with the new beta version and does not work.

I think you should send them the log  generated with the latest beta. It might be faster for them, in case they need Laminar Research to fix something. That beta is currently in short final.

All the best with this!
