SCIM airport runways number are the other way round

I'm using xp11.20r3 and I've discovered, while flying towards SCIM airport, the numbers on the runway are drawn the other way round. I've landed on runway 36, my heading was 36 and the drawing showed 18. I've comfirmed my heading with the compass and it matched my heading indicator.

Besides, while calibrating my x52 joystick I've found out that the throtle at a minimum position it's showed as if it were at a maximum position (long blue indication bar) even though it's construed properly by the flight sim. That is physical minimum position "no throtle", physical maximum position "full throtle".

It sounds like the runway names are set up incorrectly. You can file a bug here, and a volunteer artist may correct it. The fastest way to fix it would probably be downloading the free WED software and making the change yourself. If you register as an artist and submit your change it may go out to all X-Plane users in a later update.
