On twin engine airplanes, when the throttles are all the way back, the airplane still moves forward rapidly. The throttles have been calibrated several times to no avail. I have even calibrated them for windows 10 and they still do not affect the aircraft. These throttles do not do this in P3D.

Assume you mean the airplane rolls when on the ground. This appears to be common to many of the Laminar default aircraft - same with the C172 that I use. Too low a value of static friction with the tires, or not enough difference between static and rolling friction. Try going into Planemaker and see if changing the value for this helps - it did with the C172.
