new aircraft and scenery donloaded, in correct folders. won't load

Hello xplane experts,

I purchased 2 new aircraft, unzipped them to the aircraft folder (also tried putting them in Extra Aircraft Folder and Laminar Research folder. They simply dont show up in the game. I have been through this forum and others and none of the tips are working for me.

Also have the same problem with custom scenery. Downloaded, unzipped. in Custom Scenery folder. Doesn't show up in game.

Double check that there isn't an extra folder in the hierarchy. Sometimes once unzipped there is one more folder before you get to the actual files, which can prevent it from showing up.
