Hey guys, how can I remove that white rectangle in the cockpit without going in REPLAY MODE?

I want to resolve this problem because I'm starting to make X-Plane 11 videos and I don't want that white rectangle in the cockpit...

The only way I know is to plug in a joystick or hardware flight controllers. Do you only have a mouse for flying?
