When I launch Xplane 11 I am automatically put in a glider in space with the following message displayed 'This will start you off 5,340 miles downrange at 450,000 and 15,400 mph.
The re-entry takes a long time and is an extreme challenge.
Watch the right EFIS to fly the vertical part of the re-entry and the middle EFIS for the horizontal guidance to Edwards FB
If you have too much speed, oull up to a higher pitch for more drag, and do steep S-turns to descend.'
Since it spawns me in a glider with no way to change aircraft or location I can't make the descent. If i try and make a new flight I am loaded back into the same place. If i try to teleport using the map I am kept in the same place, same goes for trying to load a previously saved flight. I have uninstalled the game verified the files checked out the files myself and I still have no idea what is causing this. If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated.
Also note this only happened after i got a new throttle quadrant, I hadn't played the game in a while because I was waiting for it and when I launched it this happened but i see no reason for the throttle to have caused anything.
