Why am I getting a message "Couldn"t Resolve Host Name" everytime I try to install my Xplane 11 DVD

This thing happens when I complete all 8 DVD downloads and hit continue.

I cannot run the program, can you please give me some insight on what's going on.

Hi, Thanks for your question! That should not happen - are your DVDs being recognized by your computer when you insert them?

You may try these steps: click Start, click All Programs, goto Accessories, select Command Prompt, right click on the Command prompt Run as Administrator, Type "ipconfig /flushdns", Hit Enter.

Check if it helps.

You can also try typing:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
net stop dnscache
net start dnscache
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
netsh winsock reset catalog
