There was a problem with the authentication server, problem with the SSL CA cert

i wanna re-install x-plane 11

i upgraded windows, cpu, mainboard, graphics card...

help me to solve this problem......

Is this still happening? It could have been a temporary issue. Double check that you have allowed the installer through any firewalls.
