Dear reader,
I have installed X-Plane 11.05r2 (built 110501 64-bit) last week.
X-Plane is installed on drive E: /
At startup XP notify there is an Update available.
Then the following things happens:
Start the update.
Downloading installer
Welcome, Check Server, Scan Existing files are going well.
At Check Disk Space you can see the information about disk size, free disk space and space required for installation, but there is no v in the button. If continuous is pressed, it is reported on the left top "X-system (does not respond)"
The installation stops.
Then I have done the same with an installation on C (Desktop), but the same problem arises there.
Is it possible that the firewall is blocking something? If so what kind of process or file, is it supposed to be released?
If by the start the update is not installed, X-Plane will work fine.
I hope you can help me to solve this problem.

Meanwhile, the installer was run with the virus scanner and the Firewall turned off. But installer keeps reporting when retrieving the files after Check Disk Space that X-System does not respond. No details or error messages are listed in the Installer log.txt. A part of this logfile without the detail of the video card
