The stock installation includes a Cessna 172 with a G1000 sim. If you don't see it in the "General Aviation" section, you may need to update to the latest version. This has been around since... I think the 11.10 release? It's certainly present in the 11.21 (the latest stable release).
If it's missing from your installation, you can re-run the installer in update mode to repair the missing files.
