How to update airnav data for xplane 10 (10.51)

How do I update the airnav data for xplane 10? My 757 professional says airnav data is out of date how can I fix this?

X-Plane does not update the default navdata. For the latest data, you will need to purchase a subscription to a provider such as Navigraph, Aerosoft, etc.
