Is there any way to download xplane 11 faster on xplanes launcher, since i already downloaded it on steam?

So I bought xplane 11 on steam and downloaded it. I forgot my password to my steam account and by that reason, I chose to purchase it on xplane.com. I already downloaded it on steam, but now when I download it on "X-System", then it wants to download the whole process again.

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

If the version you downloaded from X-Systems is an alternative steam version then you should raise your problem with both sites as this forum is for the official Laminar research version of X-Plane.

The original official download version which can be downloaded from X-Plane.com will not mix and match with the steam version.  They are different packages
