screen unstable - wavey

Question

I noticed approx. 1-2 weeks ago that my XPLANE 11 screen is constantly moving ever so gently, but giving the impression that im on a boat in rough seas.  ive tried different airplanes, including both native to xplane and 3rd party all of which exhibit identical symptoms.  I'm sure I'm not describing the symptoms correctly, only to suggest it feels like i'm on a boat and the screen is moving  with the waves.  I’ve attached a video of this and ask for some feedback.

Tony,

You have the cinema verite effect on, just press shift+c or go to menu->view->cinema verite.
