After update 11.25 x-plane program regularly breaks down at long distance flight

Several attempts to fly the Boeing 747-800i from Fidschi Islands (NFFN) to Honolulu (PHNL) failed after about one and a half hour flight, when the program crashed. Something like that happens only after the update to x-plane 11.25. Before that, the same plane (B 747) die the same job on the same computer successfully. What can I do?

Long shot: Delete or rename X-Plane 11\Output\Preferences folder and let XPlane 11.25 rebuild it.   Sometimes on updates you just have to do that.  Primary problem files inside Preferences are X-Plane.prf & X-Plane Window Positions.prf.   AND, sometimes creating a flight from scratch versus loading a saved flight can help as well.
