It seems that Laminar does not respond to bug reports and does not provide technical support other than the Manual, Knowledge Base and this Q&A forum. My problem can neither be found in the manual nor in the knowledge base. Also my question here does not seem to be answered as well.
I really want to know if my problem can and will be solved and if it makes sense to stay with X-Plane or use another flight sim instead. A personal contact with a tech person would be quite helpful for this, because I really like X-Plane.
Is there a way to contact Tech Support?
